For 2 servings you will need :
- 150 gr baby scallops
- 2 spoons olive oil
- salt,pepper
- 2 cups chopped frozen spinach or about 200 gr fresh baby spinach
- 3 tbsp double cream

I've had creamed spinach with a lot of things, but never scallops. Sounds fantastic though! I'll have to try it sometime!
