Caviar stuffed eggs

Easy to make, ready in minutes and it doesn't even have to be very expensive. Even thought I love some good caviar on artisan crackers you can't have that very often (and we all know why :) ) so this lumpfish caviar is the perfect alternative.

For this 2 servings you will need:

  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 jar of lumpfish caviar 50g ( I used this )
Slice the eggs in half and gently remove the yolks. Finely chop 1 entire egg and the yolks ( the remanning 4 egg whites halves will be stuffed). Finely chop the shallot and add it to the chopped egg mix. Add the jar of lumpfish caviar stir it gently and with a teaspoon fill the egg whites and serve. Simple as that .
