Roasted Cauliflower

This is an easy recipe that makes a delicious and nutritious side dish to any type of meat. I had it today with slightly smoked grilled salmon and was divine.

For this dish you will need:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • salt pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp grated dry hard cheese
Preheat the oven at 180'C.

Cut the cauliflower head into florets and add them to a big bowl. Drizzle the olive oil making sure every floret is coated and then sprinkle the spices. Give them a good stir.

Add the cauliflower in a oven tray and roast for about 25 minutes until the tip of a fork gets thru it. Serve hot and enjoy.
