Super Cheesy Spagetti and Meatballs with NoodleSlim Spaghetti

This recipe is just delicious. I posted the sauce recipe before but now I made some improvements for that cheesy kick.

All you need is :

  • 1 piece of CheeseStrings 
  • 1 burger ( I used Sainsbury's Ultimate burger as it doesn't have any breadcrumbs )
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes in rich sauce 
  • spices and condiments : garlic, onion powder, dried oregano and basil, 1 cube vegetable stock, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 portabello mushroom ( optional , just because it was sitting in the fridge )
  • 1 tbsp of cooking oil 
  • 1 pack of NoodleSlim spaghetti
30 minutes before you start cooking cut the cheese into 8 small pieces and place it in  the freezer.
In a small saucepan heat the oil add the chopped mushrooms and the spices and  sauté for 1-2 minutes  on medium-high heat. Reduce the heat and add the can of tomatoes and bring to boil.

Cut the burger into 8 pieces place the cheese in the middle and form the meatball. When your done add them slowly into the simmering sauce and leave it to cook on low heat for about 25-30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked and the sauce is reduced a bit.

Add the NoodleSlim spaghetti ( drain-wash-drain them before ) toss, turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave it for the noodles to infuse into the sauce. 

Serve with shavings or parmesan cheese.
